Shipping and delivery

Shipping takes between 10 days to two weeks, You can easily manage your shipping addresses from your account in the Snood store. To add a new shipping address or update an existing address, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Snood Store account using your registered email address and password.
2. Click on your name displayed in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Click on My Addresses option from the drop-down menu.

▸ To add a new shipping address, click Create New Address, and install the location by entering the delivery area in the spaces of the location map, select the nearest location from the displayed options, fill in the remaining spaces manually and click Save.
▸  To update an existing shipping address, click Modify against the address, then update the required information and click Save.

Note: When you add a new mobile phone number to your account while creating a new shipping address or modifying an address, you will be prompted to send an SMS to verify the new mobile number and to activate that, press Send SMS to verify, enter the verification code received and click Verify.

Primary shipping address setting:

If you have multiple shipping addresses on your account, selecting a specific address will take that address as your primary shipping address, which will then appear at the top of the list of addresses for you to choose, but you will also be able to decide to change the address during checkout.

Exchange and return via the website

I have changed my mind. Can I cancel the order before receiving the product?

If the order has been shipped:

When the order is shipped by the delivery partner, it will be difficult to cancel your order.
However, you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order and we will raise the request to the delivery partner to cancel the order.
It is also possible to respond to the delivery partner’s call and refuse to receive the order by stating the reasons.

Why can’t I return some products?

Unfortunately, you cannot return the following products:

▸ Products not in their original packaging, products with missing original labels or serial numbers, and missing accessories.
▸ Specific products such as: personal care, skin care, hair care, or products sold by meters or by weight such as wire, chains, tiles, paints, or chemicals.

What is the return notice period?

The return policy is within only two days from the date of receipt, or exchange within seven days from the date of receipt without asking any questions or facing any troubles.

Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully return products:

▸ The product will be returned within two days of receipt
▸ The product must be in the original box with the original tag and stickers
▸ The product must be unused and the packaging must be sealed

Can I get a full refund?

If the product is returned as a result of a defect in the product or a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or wrong product delivery, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees or bank transfer fees (29 riyals).

In the event that the product is returned for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to change the product or change his mind), the customer will have to pay shipping fees or bank transfer fees (29 riyals).

When can I get my money back?

For orders purchased using a credit card:
Payments will be returned directly to your card.

For orders using SADAD: The amounts will be returned from SACO to the customer’s account by bank transfer after the customer provides us with his data.

How can I return the product?

Follow the steps below to return the product:

▸ We will register your request to return the product
▸ If you want to return the product through the delivery partner
▸ We will send you an Airway Bill number that you must print out and affix to the product box
▸ You can deliver the product to the delivery center of the shipping company for a faster return.
